 Our guest room includes a
king-sized bed or twin beds (full-size futon also available), private
bath, gas fireplace, sitting area, TV/VCR, portable stereo, private
outdoor patio, kitchenette, and private entrance.Rates are $425 per week and $1200 per month. The weekly rate will be reduced by $50 per week for stays of more than one week. For shorter stays, the rate is $89 per night midweek (Mon.-Thurs.), $99 per night on the weekend (Fri.-Sun.), and $109 per night on holiday weekends. A minimum two-night stay is required. Breakfast will be included only with prior arrangement at an additional charge of $10 per person. You may check in between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Well-behaved children are welcome. Inquire about pets. We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover and require a deposit equal to one night's rent. Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to your expected stay and all cancellations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.
