Rabbitry News

September 2007 - We've sold out of Fuzzy Lops as well as the otter, pointed white, and chocolate Hollands. We're still raising the common colored Hollands, Mini Rex and BEW Holland Lops!

April 2007 - Tim & Rachel Roehe become parents. Click here for photos of their son, Zachary Alexander Roehe.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF BREEDER PREFIX ON PEDIGREES: After 16 years of using the "BBB's" breeder prefix on our pedigrees, it has come to our attention that other Holland Lop breeders are using the same prefix for their rabbitries. To avoid any confusion as to the origin of rabbits from our rabbitry, we have changed our breeder prefix to "Roehe's" effective in the summer of 2006. If you have purchased rabbits from us, please continue to use the breeder prefix that was printed on the original pedigree.

Spring 2007 - Congratulations to Andie Dailey of Florida, for winning the first Best in Show ever won by a Thrianta in the US with BBB's Baron from Backyard Bunny Barn.

October 2006 - Backyard Bunny Barn now raises Mini Rex!

Fall 2006 - We have sold out of the Lionheads and Thriantas. If you would like a referral to a breeder that acquired our stock in those breeds, feel free to email us.

Spring 2005 - RR Zing, bred by Rachel Mastrangelo of Rachel's Rabbitat, and owned by Tim & Rachel Roehe / Jean Gibbons wins Best of Breed at the Holland Lop Nationals in Columbus, Ohio.
