MSDiamond also sends this helpful hint for our webtv users:

If having problems with the web unit, turn unit off...press the OPTIONS key 3 times, type in the numbers 32768...notice as you type the numbers that the lights on the unit flash...then turn unit back on, and it should take you back to your original sign in screen...this clears the cache in webtv/msntv units.  This tip was given to me years ago by Michael D...who used to be an "op" in the starchat channel....he works for msntv/microsoft...

This in from Bebbly... helpful hints for webbies having problems

If webbies have trouble getting in room. Tell them to. Shut there unit
down and come back . Or turn their unit off and unplug from back of unit
the plug baxk and come back in room. It has worked for me and others
several times.
