How do I know which church to go to?

There are a lot of churches in the United States. None of them are perfect. You will not find one that only teaches the truth of the Bible. Many churches say they do (and really want to), but since they are led by humans the opinions of their leaders get mixed in with the truth of God's word. You should always carefully compare the things you are taught in church with what the Bible actually says. Some issues are not very important, and you can (and should) just agree to disagree when necessary.

However there are certain issues that are important, about which you must not tolerate error. Basically the important issues are all related to salvation (what you must do to escape a sentence to hell).
