WarningSum:...The Urban And Small Stream Flood Advisory Will Expire At 400 Pm
Mst For Central Yavapai County...

Warning Message:Rain showers have ended across the advisory area which included 
Prescott Valley and portions of Route 89a near Prescott. Flooding of 
streets and low-lying areas should continue to subside through the 
late afternoon...and additional widespread urban and small stream 
flooding is no longer anticipated. Drivers should not enter any 
areas where water of unknown depth still covers any roadways.
